Cakie B’s pistachio creation must be the most delicious cake I have ever eaten. The fact that it also looked so beautiful was almost secondary. It arrived exactly at the agreed delivery time, with the minimum of fuss and everything about it spoke of the care and attention to detail that I had hoped for when I discussed it with Katie. I can highly recommend her and am planning to ask her for another cake for a special occasion in November.
